THE TRAP IS SPRUNG – THE WAITRESS’S REVELATION 🤫🍷

The air in L’Oasis was no longer the scent of vintage wine and truffle oil; it was the sharp, metallic tang of an execution chamber. Isabella stood frozen, her diamond-encrusted finger still suspended in the air, but her confidence had been surgically removed. The "lowly waitress," Elena, didn’t flinch. She stood with the posture of a predator, her gaze so steady and devoid of fear that even the seasoned enforcer, Vincent, felt his professional composure crack.

Elena leaned in, ignoring the Mafia wife’s trembling presence, and whispered the phrase that had drained the color from the room: "The shipment arriving at Pier 42 at midnight isn't carrying electronics, Dominic. It’s carrying the audit logs of your offshore accounts—and every contact name you’ve been hiding for three years."

Dominic, the man whose word was law in the underworld, didn’t shout. He didn’t reach for his sidearm. Instead, he slowly stood up, his chair scraping against the marble floor like a tombstone being moved. His dark eyes burned with a mixture of predatory respect and cold, calculated assessment.

Isabella, now pale as a sheet and gasping for air, grabbed her husband’s arm. "Dominic, kill her! She’s a spy! She’s threatening us!"

Dominic didn’t look at his wife. He didn’t even acknowledge her touch. He kept his eyes locked on Elena, his expression unreadable. "You’ve been serving my wine for three months, Agent. I knew someone was watching, but I assumed it was the feds. I never guessed it was the person who knew my vintage preferences better than my own wife."

Elena’s lips curved into a smile that didn't reach her eyes. She reached into her apron, but instead of a weapon, she pulled out a small, encrypted recording device and set it gently on the white tablecloth next to Dominic’s half-empty glass.

"I’m not just the agent watching you, Dominic," she said, her voice smooth and chilling. "I’m the agent who already sent the decryption key to the District Attorney’s office. If anything happens to me, or if I don't check in by 1:00 AM, the evidence that keeps you out of a federal penitentiary becomes public property. You’ve lost the board of directors, you’ve lost the pier, and as of five minutes ago, you’ve lost your immunity."
